Crerar Management Limited will oversee the day to day management of each hotel, applying the practices, procedures and our business philosophy to drive maximum profitability for each owner. We will drive the recruitment, performance management and development of General Managers and Heads of Department and prepare an annual operating budget and development plan for each hotel.

We will conduct a monthly performance review of each hotel with the General Manager and other key personnel to monitor and drive each hotel's operating profitability, advise on matters of property maintenance, equipment and refurbishment, as required by each owner, as well as advise on statutory & regulatory compliance, including health & safety, employment law & licensing.
